We worked with Nick and his team for our first home in 2017. And have recommended many of our friends and family to his team. Nick was very helpful in finding our first home. He listened to what we wanted in a home, a few must haves, and kept us within a price range we were comfortable with buying. He even helped us stay away from some bad options (that we thought we wanted) and educated us on things to look for and stay away from when buying a house. He made the process a lot easier, less stressful than we expected and actually enjoyable. We felt like we were listened to and heard, which is why the process wasn’t horrible and frustrating. His team treated us like family and were patient with us with all of our questions. It’s always nice to work with someone whose passion is seen in his work, the way he runs his company and how recommendations come about in the community.
